Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours of your appointment or no-showing will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.​

 

Late Arrivals

 

If you are running late for your appointment please notify your stylist. We may not be able to honor your service and will have to reschedule if you are running later than 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment.

Refund

Due to the time and product used during your service, we do not offer refunds. We will however fix any technical errors that may have happened, such as a bleed mark or loose extension weft. If you feel that there was a technical error that occurred during your service, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will schedule a time to correct the needed adjustments.​
